Elite Class (E-Class) Models – is the model talent booking agency. E-Class models have been featured in fashion shows across the south, print advertising and music videos by nationally-recognized artist such as Lupe Fiasco.
Guap Shop – is the custom screen print shop and e-retailer. The Guap Shop can support any amount of orders from individual custom screen printing to large school groups. Embroidery is available.
Massive Promotions – is the promotion and guerilla marketing company. Massive Promotion has planned events from youth summits to promotional parties for artist such as Grammy Award Winner, Drake.

Jhai Keeton is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Guapington Enterprise, which includes B.mek- International Apparel Company; Elite (E-Class) Models management/booking agency; Real Music Management artist
management agency; and Massive Promotions event marketing company. As CEO, Jhai actively oversees the dayto- day operations from meeting with manufacturing vendors to working with the management of recording artist such as Shanell a.k.a SnL of the Grammy Award winning Young Money Entertainment (Lil Wayne’s, nationally distributed recording company) and nationally recognized recording artist, Dee-1.

Still driven by financial freedom, Jhai is determined to share his message and journey in hopes of encouraging the next generation to turn their dreams into reality. Through the Guapington Unifies All People (G.U.A.P.)
